Terms of Service — VetPulse
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “Clinic”, “you”) and Ludamiis Pty Ltd (ABN 40 699 017 466) (“VetPulse”, “we”, “us”). By creating a VetPulse account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VetPulse provides cloud based software for veterinary clinic operations, including rostering, timesheets, scheduling, staff management, and related features. We may update or improve the service at any time.
2. Accounts and Access
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
- You must ensure your staff comply with these Terms.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscription and Billing
- VetPulse is offered on a subscription basis.
- Prices are listed in AUD and may change with notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Fees are non refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- misuse the service or attempt to bypass security
- upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- interfere with other customers’ use of the service
- reverse engineer or copy the service
We may suspend access for misuse.
5. Data Ownership
- You own all data you enter into VetPulse.
- You grant us a licence to store, process, and display your data as needed to operate the service.
- We do not sell customer data.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- VetPulse is provided “as is”.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will require re acceptance.
