Policies & Terms Overview — VetPulse
VetPulse provides three core policies that help you understand how the service works, how your information is handled, and what you agree to when using the platform. You can view and accept these documents from Settings > Policies & Terms in the VetPulse app, or when we ask you to re-accept after an update.
1. Terms of Service
The Terms of Service outline the agreement between you and Ludamiis Pty Ltd (ABN 40 699 017 466). They explain:
- What VetPulse provides
- How accounts and access work
- Subscription and billing rules
- Acceptable use of the platform
- Data ownership
- Service availability and limitations
- When terms may change
These terms are governed by Australian law.

2. Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains how VetPulse collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). It covers:
- What information we collect (account, clinic, staff, and operational data)
- How we use it to run and support the service
- How we store and secure information
- Your rights and how to contact us
We do not sell your data. Payment card details are handled securely by our payment provider and are not stored by VetPulse.
3. Data Handling
The Data Handling statement describes how customer data is stored, secured, backed up, retained, and deleted. It includes:
- Where data is stored
- Backup and encryption practices
- Access controls and activity logging
- Retention and deletion after cancellation
- Incident response and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme
- How third-party integrations are managed

Viewing and accepting
- Go to Settings > Policies & Terms to open any of these documents in the help panel.
- When a policy is updated, we may ask you to re-accept it before continuing to use VetPulse.
