Manager support

If you manage a veterinary clinic on VetPulse, start here. Our team can help with account access, staff setup, rosters, timesheets, and billing questions.

  1. Check with your clinic’s VetPulse administrator — many day-to-day questions are handled in-app under Settings.
  2. Gather your clinic name, the email on the account, and a short description of what you need help with.
  3. Email support@vetpulse.cloud. We aim to respond on business days (Australian Eastern time).
